Coffee Rubbed Porkchop
Serves 6 people
- 6 pork chops
- 3 Spoonfuls of Olive Oil
- 2 Mashed Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Spoonfuls of Minced Parsley
- 150 ml of Red Wine
- 150 ml of Classico Coffee
- 3 Spoonfuls of Honey
- Salt and Black Pepper, freshly-ground juice and Grated Pulp of a Lemon or Lime, to taste
Put the pork chops inside a large, shallow stew pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon onto the pork chops. Let marinate overnight, stirring occasionally. Remove the pork chops from the stew pan, place on the grill and flip until uniformly browned. Return pork chops to the stew pan, and bake in the oven (350F) for 30 minutes. Remove the chops and skim off the fat. Pairs well with wild rice and grilled mushrooms.
